Since its foundation in 1987, Eurofincas has become one of the top realty agencies not only in Barcelona and Sant Cugat del Vallès, but also in Catalonia and in the rest of Spain. We are collegiate professionals convinced that the basis for an excellent service are, first, focusing our attention on the client’s satisfaction and, second, overcoming any social, technological and economic change.
Eurofincas is a familiar company, a ship which has been captained by three Riera-Alastruey generations with the support of a qualified and experienced crew.

Since we are collegiate real estate agents (API), property managers and attorneys, we must follow a code of ethics based on essential values such as legality, openness, humane treatment, respect and responsibility.

Barcelona, we love you
Eurofincas is a member of Cor Eixample, an association the aim of which is to empower local trade in the neighbourhood of Right Eixample. Besides, we manage @barcelonarincoesdelaciudad Facebook fan page, where more than 20.000 Barcelona lovers post and share pictures of this lovely city.
